Trust me, everyone wants to be fit! The only problem is finding the daily motivation to pull through. There are already enough life distractors, so it takes mental commitment to actually get up and do something about your body. Of course, they’re lots of fitness motivation materials out there, but, why don’t they stick? And, since it’s easier said than done, how can I motivate myself, let alone maintain it?

Ask yourself “why am I doing this?” “Is it to impress a certain someone?” Or, “is it to feel among?” Fact is, you should be doing it for you and you alone, so, until you define and purify your motives, you’re deceiving no one but yourself.
