Finding time to go to the gym can be challenging, and working out at home seems redundant. However, that isn't always the case. There are some incredible exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home. What's more, is that these exercises have the ability of toning you up and getting you in shape. Take a look and try a few out the next time you spark some motivation.


1. Sit-Ups

These are classic exercises that everyone has tried once in their life. It's basic, but it's incredibly effective. We recommend starting with doing 20 and slowly work your way up to eventually doing 50. To get the maximum effect and really work your stomach, don't tuck your feet under a table or chair.
